No, we advise against booking plumbers, builders, or electricians until you have received and checked your items.

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition that you received them, unworn or unused, with
tags, and in their original packaging. A restocking fee is applied.

To start a return, contact us at hello@homeofheat.co.uk. Returns must be sent to
our warehouse address, which is different from our office address. We will provide a return shipping label and instructions.

Custom-made items and clearance items cannot be returned. This will be disclosed at the time of order.

Refunds are processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. It may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to rocess the refund.

Inspect your order upon

If there is a defect in the materials supplied due to poor workmanship or faulty materials, we will repair or replace the item within the warranty period. The manufacturer's warranty terms apply to all goods.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to custom-made products. For bespoke or
