Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, damage free and unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@homeofheat.co.uk Please note that returns will need to be sent to our warehouse address. This is not the same as our office/accounts address.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. This will be deducted from your refund. At the discretion of us or our brand partners, this fee may be reduced to 15% if ordering an alternative model.

Please do not return any goods without arranging the return first. Doing so may result in us being unable to process a refund or exchange. Please ensure you have contacted us and received instruction prior to the goods leaving you. We and our brand partners are not responsible for the loss or damage of any returns that have not been authorised.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Both Home of Heat and our Brand Partners have a 48 hour inspection policy for which goods are to be checked for any damage. Please do not put goods away for storage whilst you await installation as this could result in damages being missed and reported too late to receive action on our part.
Please note this does not apply for any manufacturing faults found after installation. These may be covered by your warranty. Please see our Terms and conditions for more details on this.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like made to order items. This will be disclosed at time of order.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on clearance items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to arrange a return of the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
